We stumbled across Virley House Country Park quite by accident but we were immediately impressed with how beautiful and well manicured the site is. It quickly became very apparent that Martin and Margaret, the site owners, are totally committed to ensuring the wellbeing and contentment of all residing on the site and they go well above and beyond expectations – generously organised social events to ensure a real community feeling on this quite exclusive site.
We absolutely love spending as much time as we can at Virley House Country Park, we feel it’s our tranquil little have!

My wife and I could not believe our luck when we came across this lovely site. We found Virley House Country Park by pure chance!
We met Martin and Margaret, the owners with a view to moving our caravan onto a seasonal pitch. We were shown around the beautiful country park and we knew this was the place for us.
We missed the seasonal pitch by a whisker, but were then shown a static lodge – it was just meant to be!
We are now proud owners of a Static van and looking forward to 2024, We are dog owners and there is plenty of space to walk the dogs. All the other owners are very helpful and extremely kind. The park is kept very clean and tidy, We have found that nothing is too much trouble for martin and Margaret and their staff,

After looking for a static holiday home on a 12 month site we came across Virley House Country Park and had a look round to be greeted by Martin and Margaret. Our first impression was what a well maintained site with plenty of space in between each home. We knew that this was for us and we are now proud owners of a Lodge with a beautiful lake with stunning views and sunsets. Martin and Margaret always go the extra mile and nothing seems to be a problem. We call it mini paradise, not a site.

Virley House Country Park is a beautiful, friendly site. Visited family 2 years ago and came away buying a static, best thing we ever did. Owners are lovely. They are always there if you need any help. Also, there is always help at hand from any of the residents on site. One big family.
Lovely walks, with or without a dog. Amenities, shops, pubs and restaurants are close enough to walk or a five minute drive. If you fancy a day at the beach, its only a short drive away. Everything you need is close by. For peace, relaxation and tranquillity, you couldn’t want for a better place.

We came here in our tourer in March 2023 and by June we had purchased a static – this is how much we fell in love with the park. It is by far the most beautiful, relaxing, peaceful little park we have ever been to. It is everything you need to relax and enjoy the wonderful grounds, fishing lake and an abundance of wildlife. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming as are the owners Margaret and Martin who make such an effort to keep the park in pristine order and arrange fantastic events for all to enjoy. We look forward to many many years here.

I’ve been a park home owner for around 6 years. I must say when you drive through the gates you get that feeling of arriving back home, it is such a welcoming, friendly park and so relaxing. Set in peaceful surroundings with friendly, welcoming people. Having bought 2 holiday homes from Margaret, exchanging my first one for a brand new one, the transition was seamless. I have spend may hours relaxing around the pond – catching hundreds of fish, currently holding the park record for weight – 31llbs!

My wife and I purchased a new holiday home at Virley House Country Park in 2023 from Martin and Margaret, The whole process was very simple and we were looked after at every stage. We love the site as it is lovely and quiet, has a real community feel and is only a short distance from the main beach in Skegness. We would thoroughly recommend the Park to anyone thinking of purchasing a holiday home

John and I first arrived at Virley House in August 2020 to visit friends who had a permanent tourer pitch and we stayed on the touring pitch for a couple of weekends. We loved the site so much that we applied for a permanent seasonal pitch and couldn’t believe our luck when a couple of weeks later we were offered a pitch next to our friends. Over the last couple of years or so the site has developed to also accommodate static caravans. By the end of 2023 we knew we wanted to stay for years to come and took the plunge to buy a static on a pitch overlooking the lake. Martin and Margaret have been so helpful in finding the right caravan for us and the team at Virley House went above and beyond to site the caravan ready for Christmas last year. We are now the proud owners of a Swift holiday home and have visited every weekend since. The site is kept immaculate and is ideal for us and our little dog to wander around and relax. Everyone is so friendly and we love being part of the Virley House Community
Thank you – Sharon and John. Plot 21
We arrived 18 months ago in our tourer, immediately fell in love with Virley House’s small friendly community. We soon traded up to a static and escape to the peace and tranquillity as often as we can. Cannot recommend this hidden gem of Lincolnshire any higher

Whilst looking for our first holiday home we spotted a static van on what looked to be a lovely site. Upon finding out that this van had been sold we were invited to go and see another one. Upon arrival for our viewing we were immediately made to feel very welcome. We were impressed with the owners, Martin and Margaret. We bought our holiday home then and there and we are now 2 years in and enjoying the well cared for family run site. To us one of the big factors was the excellent organisation and running of the site and the fact that we are able to take our 3 dogs as it is a very dog friendly site with dog walks. Virley House Country Park is four miles from the sea and there are lots of local places which are easy to get to. Margaret provides a folder with all the information for local amenities that you might need. Social days/nights are organised a couple of times a year free for all to attend and much fun is had by all. On this site you can be as sociable as you like, it even has a What’s App group so if you are selling items, need a lift or help, it is all there on offer. What’s not to like about Virley House Country Park? A gem on the Lincolnshire Coast!
