The owners, Martin and Margaret live on site and Site Wardens, Reg and Christine are on hand to assist visitors, too.
Virley House offers ‘Countryside by the Seaside’ for families and couples only under the owners’ personal supervision exclusivity for the more discerning holiday visitor.
We are open all year round and are a private, non-letting Park.

We are situated between the two main access routes to Skegness, the A158 and A52.
SAT NAV PE24 4SJ and just 4 miles from the popular seaside resort of Skegness and 4 miles from the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
The Park is set in 21 acres of mainly grassland, coupled with an adjacent fishing lake of approx. one acre. The Park is immaculately kept, landscaped, spacious and encircled by trees and hedges along all perimeters to maintain the character of the local countryside area. Cycle tracks surround the Park set in open country lanes and free cycle hire is available on site.
Visitors have direct access to fifteen acres of meadowland for dog walking or general enjoyment of the countryside. These meadows are gated and contain five additional ponds. There is a small flock of Hebridean sheep and dogs should be kept on a lead for sheep safety and because the area is used as part of conservation scheme for wading birds.
The small villages of Burgh le Marsh and Wainfleet are within easy distance and are well stocked with shops, butchers, pubs and fast food outlets. Each village has small grocery shops for any supplies needed during your stay and staff very willing to serve you and make you welcome.
The seaside resorts of Skegness and Ingoldmells are within four miles of travel.
